Ping Pong Paint Balls

We had just finished testing a high-powered launcher that uses heavy elastic bands to fire ping pong balls (filed with paint) at high velocity. During testing, one of the elastic bands on the launcher failed, which put it out of commission for the day. However, we still really wanted to make a mess. This is what we came up with.
