Suspending an Airplane Over 39th Street – Part 2
We strung a horizontal line from our rooftop to the rooftop of the building across the street. Now we're dropping a thinner string straight down from the center of that horizontal line, and we're hanging the airplane from the string. This project was a lot of work, but it's great to look out the window every day and see the airplane. We also get a lot of crazy reactions from people on the street, since you really can't see the suspension string from ground level.
