Functionality of a Calculator Sawed In Two

We needed to saw this calculator in half to study the construction of the rubber membrane buttons. After sawing about half-way through it, I was shocked to discover that it was still functional. I had to call Chris over to witness it just to confirm that I wasn't crazy.
